Communication regarding refunds was misleading, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration. Despite hearing from the staff that they would accommodate my request, their actions did not match their words. While some cold dishes offered during my stay were enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by a lack of trust and accountability.

The room was spacious and recently refurbished, featuring a modern bathroom setup that added a touch of style to the stay. The comfortable bed made for a decent night’s sleep, especially after a long day in the city.
Noise disturbances from traffic outside were a real issue, often affecting sleep quality, which is not ideal for a hotel stay. The absence of a breakfast offer was disappointing, particularly since the website claimed to provide dining options. I found the shower inconsistently hot, making it frustrating during my morning routine. The common areas appeared dated compared to the freshly done rooms, giving off an odd vibe. A couple of instances of confusion regarding bar availability and room cleaning also clouded the overall experience.

A warm family-run gem
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like family, feeling the sincerity in their hospitality. The spacious room boasted a modern design, illuminating my stay with comfort and style.
While my experience was delightful, the lack of kitchen access for late-night snacks left me longing for a bit more convenience during my stay.

A highlight of our stay was the stylish, recently refurbished room, which made it the perfect base for exploring nearby spots like Anfield and the Western Approaches Museum. Breakfast was a delight, and the owners treated us like family, ensuring we had all we needed for a memorable trip.
Despite the comforts of our room, the traffic noise outside did disrupt sleep on a few occasions, which was a downside when trying to relax after a busy day.

Stylish rooms and good breakfast
I just spent a night here and everything felt new and stylish. The comfortable bedroom had a modern bathroom, and I particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfast that was well-prepared with quality ingredients. The decor, with cool LED lights, added a nice touch but there were a few disturbances from outside noise that took away from the experience.

Recommend it for those seeking a cozy stay
The owner was incredibly accommodating calling me beforehand to offer an even better room for the same price which was a nice surprise. I really loved how close it was to the Mersey Rail station made it super easy to get around.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the quality you get it was fair enough.
